Description of the Operation Process of the VCR-X3M Interlock

• When one door opens, the other two doors will automatically close, and all three doors cannot be opened simultaneously.
• If one door remains open for an extended period, a warning bell will ring to remind personnel to close the door.
• In case of a power outage and for electronic interlock locks, all three doors can be opened to ensure user safety.
• In case of an emergency, an emergency button can be pressed to forcibly open the doors.

• The interlock lock control box will be installed on the ceiling panel, connected to an existing socket (the shorter the distance between the control box and the socket, the better, to save wiring costs).
• The indicator light will be mounted on the wall panel, in an easily observable area when entering/exiting, usually installed next to the panel door.
• The lock bolt will be installed underground inside the panel room (requires drilling and underground wiring), and it can be installed on the side or above the door frame.
• The lock bolt positioning plate will be attached to the door leaf, corresponding to the lock bolt installation area.

1. Securely connect the signal wires to the lock bolt and indicator light.

2. Install the lock bolt and lock positioning plate in the same direction (Wi-Fi symbol) on both accessories.

3. Do not reverse the signal wires between the indicator light and lock bolt.

— > Error Warning: Unable to install. The signal wire of the lock bolt is usually slightly thicker than that of the indicator light, so please pay attention during installation.

4. Use wire boxes and conduit to protect signal wires on the ceiling to prevent damage from insects. Signal wires are different from power wires, and if they are cut or damaged, they are difficult to reconnect.
